Insolvency & Restructuring
Our insolvency and restructuring lawyers have significant experience advising insolvency practitioners and businesspeople alike in relation to corporate insolvency and bankruptcy.
We act for insolvency practitioners, providing reliable advice on the issues arising in their appointments including Personal Property Securities, asset realisations, investigations and professional standards. We also conduct recoveries for insolvency practitioners, from identifying opportunities and claims, through to court action including examinations and litigation.
