• Property Transactions: Acquisition and disposal of various types of land, small to large scale property developments, property due diligence, land divisions, community and strata titling, easements, and general property advisory work.
• Leasing: Preparation and negotiation of commercial, industrial and retail and community leases, and advising landlords and tenants on their rights and obligations.
• Land Management: Providing complex and technical advice on land management, including encumbrances, road closures, land management agreements, and maintenance obligations.
• Legal Documentation and Policy Drafting: Drafting policies, maintaining land registers, preparing community land management plans, and other legal documentation in compliance with legislation.
