Nick is a Partner in the firm’s Property team, advising clients across the commercial, retail, residential and industrial property sectors. He has extensive experience in property development, community titling, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, due diligence, agribusiness and retirement village transactions.

Nick acts for a diverse range of clients, from small and medium-sized enterprises to major corporations, institutional investors and government agencies. He is committed to delivering practical, commercially focused advice and finding straightforward solutions to complex legal issues.

Recent experience includes acting:

• for a major developer in relation the complex community titling of a large mixed use residential, commercial and retail development;
• for a superannuation fund in relation to the acquisition of a fully tenanted commercial building in the Adelaide CBD;
• for an international apple grower in relation to the acquisition of farmland and orchard assets in regional SA;
• for a global wine producer on the divestment of winery and associated property assets; and
• for a leading Australian jewellery retailer in negotiating a flagship retail lease within a premium South Australian shopping centre.

Nick has significant experience preparing and advising on contracts for the sale and acquisition of property, retail and commercial leasing arrangements, development documentation, and complex legal due diligence projects. He is known for providing responsive, pragmatic advice that assists clients to achieve their commercial objectives efficiently and effectively.
