Stefanie brings over 10 years litigation experience to Adco Legal. She has acted for public and private sector clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, with particular experience in complex Supreme Court litigation, construction disputes and estate litigation.

Stefanie has extensive experience managing matters from early strategic advice through to trial preparation and alternative dispute resolution. She is known for her pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach and sound judgment, working closely with clients to navigate technically complex and sensitive disputes with clear commercial insight.

  • commercial disputes, including those arising from breach of contract, misleading or deceptive conduct and director and shareholder disputes;

Stefanie acted in Supreme Court proceedings concerning breach of contract and misleading or deceptive conduct arising from the sale of a financial planning business, achieving a favourable settlement shortly before trial.

Director & Shareholder Disputes

Stefanie acted for an individual in complex Supreme Court proceedings arising from the voluntary administration of a company, including public examination hearings and freezing order disputes.

Construction & Infrastructure

Stefanie acted for a local government authority in Supreme Court proceedings arising from the structural failure of a public facility involving multiple engineering consultants and technical expert evidence.

Contaminated Land

Stefanie acted for a local government body in a complex contamination dispute involving alleged environmental harm and associated litigation risk.

Estate Litigation

Stefanie has acted in contested estate proceedings in both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, representing executors, beneficiaries and claimants in family provision claims, estate appeals and de facto partner claims.
